ProFlight Cages – Return & Refund Policy

At ProFlight Cages, we take pride in providing high-quality products built to perform in training environments. Please review our return, refund, and warranty policy below before placing your order.

Returns & Exchanges

  • Custom Products: All custom products (including those with logos, team names, or custom colors) are non-returnable and non-refundable.

  • Non-Custom Products: Standard, non-custom items may only be returned within 30 days of receipt, in unused and original condition, and are subject to approval by ProFlight Cages. A restocking fee may apply.

  • Shipping Costs: All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is determined to be defective.

Defective or Faulty Products

  • In the rare case of a defective product, the item will be reviewed by our team to determine whether a replacement or refund is the most appropriate solution.

  • Customers must contact us within 7 days of delivery to report any defects, along with photos and a detailed description of the issue.

Warranty Coverage

  • ProFlight products may include specific warranty coverage as noted on individual product pages. Warranties begin on the date the product is received.

  • Warranties apply only to normal, non-commercial use.

  • Exclusions: The warranty does not cover:

    • Damage caused by improper storage or handling

    • Damage caused by abuse, neglect, or misuse

    • Damage caused by rodents, animals, or environmental factors outside normal use

    • Normal wear and tear of nets, materials, or printed graphics over time

Customization Disclaimer

  • Due to the nature of custom printing, logos and colors may vary slightly from proofs. Every effort is made to match brand colors and logos as closely as possible, but minor variations are not considered defects.

General Limitations

  • ProFlight Cages is not liable for incidental or consequential damages, loss of use, or costs associated with downtime, replacement equipment, or third-party services.

  • Refunds or replacements are limited to the value of the original purchase price.

  • All decisions regarding refunds, replacements, and warranty coverage are at the sole discretion of ProFlight Cages.
